Do I have to be home?
It is not necessary for you or someone to be home. Our teams are professional and trustworthy. It is up to you whether you would like to be home or not.
What about my pets?
We are a pet-friendly service, and we will follow your instructions regarding your pets. Some customers prefer to put their pets in a room or a kennel while we clean to ensure that the pets don't leave marks on the floor while it is still wet or so that they don't get scared with the sound of vacuum cleaners.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We expect payment at the time of the cleaning, and we will accept card, cash or check. Checks can be made out to Cleaning Fairies.
How do you protect our keys?
Keys are always locked up in the office until it is time to go clean your home.
How many people will clean my home?
We will always send teams of three fully trained cleaning Fairies.
What is the cost to clean my home?
The cost varies based on the size and needs of your home. We offer free estimates over the phone or email.
